The Economic War Q&A's

1. What is the purpose of this campaign?

First of all, under International Law The Freedom Union is obliged to take steps to inform and advise all of our members that it is unlawful to financially support (and other support) the layers of Gov Corp here in Australia – because they are under investigations and criminal prosecution for Gaza War Crimes – before the International Criminal Court.

So the first reason for the launch of this campaign is “Compliance With The Law (The Rome Statutes)

2. What is International Law (ICC)?

The collection of rules that nations accept as binding insofar as their interactions with one another.

3. Why was International Law chosen for our jurisdiction?

This Jurisdiction is highest law in the world,  and supportive of the principles of acting responsibly and ethically on a global level, as part of a shared human community.

4. What does it mean to be aligned with international law?

To be aligned with International Law means that your actions, and intentions match the international treaties and agreements set that are designed to promote peace, protect human rights, and ensure fairness.

Under international laws of war, citizens as a duty are forbidden to take part in a war on the side of the aggressor and are legally bound to disobey the orders of any government that takes part in genocide or war crimes or support belligerent occupying government forces.

The Freedom Union seeks to provide for a peaceful remedy for members concerned with their life, liberty and peaceful existence. Relief from a tyrannical form of trade, and an opportunity to get-out and hence why the get-out-clause was implemented!

5. What are our obligations as a member, under international law?

The driver of the Union is to not be complicit in war crimes. By making a pledge to the union you also accept the terms of this agreement and the bylaws and agree to the code of conduct namely to do no harm and at all time remain in peace, which confirms you will take immediate measures to cease doing trade with the Australian Government and seek alternative.

Our pledge under International Law which binds the members is much simpler than local legislation which is oppressive and has played havoc on our land.

Our members who follow International law, are governed by Codes of Conduct , such as do no harm, maintain peace and good order for the tranquillity of society.

From the Pledge

"Code of Conduct

I will extend kindness to all others, act honourably even when confronted with controversy or conflict and will assist or take action to help a member in need if I am capable of relieving the situation and take all measures to assist and I will pledge to respect a differing opinion by a fellow member and not push their acceptance of my alternative opinion but take measures to go in peace where available.

Conduct in Difficult Situations

In a violent situation, I will only defend myself with equal measure until assistance is provided, if I am unable to call for assistance, I will attempt to de-escalate the situation regarding any disagreement if it turns into an argument I will walk away from the situation."

6. How are the people of Australia facilitating state sponsored conflicts, unlawful wars or crimes against humanity?

The Australian Government are complicit in funding both Ukraine and Israel, who are deemed the aggressors in both wars.

Any form of taxation that contributes to the department of defence is considered your participation as an accessory to War Crimes.

7. What is the Rome Statute? How does it help us abandon the effort to commit a crime completely and voluntarily?

The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court is the international treaty that founded the Court. Comprising a Preamble and 13 Parts, it establishes the governing framework for the Court. Adopted at the Rome Conference on 17 July 1998, it entered into force on 1 July 2002, thereby creating the International Criminal Court.

The Statute sets out the Court's jurisdiction over genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and – as of an amendment in 2010 – the crime of aggression

A person who abandons the effort to commit the crime or otherwise prevents the completion of the crime shall not be liable for punishment under this Statute for the attempt to commit that crime if that person completely and voluntarily gave up the criminal purpose.

Taxpayers who have unwittingly supported illegal wars will be relieved to know that the legislation provides them with a get-out clause for Individual criminal responsibility

Article 25.3: In accordance with this Statute, a person shall be criminally responsible and liable for punishment for a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court if that person:

(f) Attempts to commit such a crime by taking action that commences its execution by means of a substantial step, but the crime does not occur because of circumstances independent of the person’s intentions. However, a person who abandons the effort to commit the crime or otherwise prevents the completion of the crime shall not be liable for punishment under this Statute for the attempt to commit that crime if that person completely and voluntarily gave up the criminal purpose.
8. How do I comply and refrain from funding international war crimes and crimes against humanity?

As citizens, unless you claim "The get out clause" you are liable in law for arrest and prosecution as an accessory for war crimes. The remedy is to un-incorporate from the hostile government and to cease trade activities with the belligerent occupying government forces.

This letter advises your employer to stop removing taxation from your pay as it is funding war crimes if they continue to take tax out of your pay, then you can authorise The Freedom Union to lodge an incident to the Office of the Prosecutor and at the International Criminal Court (ICC) by providing the letter and evidence by way of a screen shot or payslip from your next pay, email/letter from the employer saying they will not stop taking the taxation out of the pay.

9. What is the International Criminal Court?

The International Criminal Court (ICC) investigates and, where warranted, tries individuals charged with the gravest crimes of concern to the international community: genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity and the crime of aggression. As a court of last resort, it seeks to complement, not replace, national Courts. Governed by an international treaty called the Rome Statute

10. Has an incident been lodged with the International Criminal Court through the office of the prosecutor stating that the Australian Government, Ministers and Opposition Leader are complicit in Genocide?
11. What is the procedure for reporting a crime to the ICC?

Soon The Freedom Union will have a lodgement section on the website for members to allow the union to lodge your incident on your behalf.

13. What specific payments, in the form of Taxes, can we Lawfully avoid paying, using the Economic War Campaign Letter?

We can lawfully avoid paying any payment either directly or indirectly, to the Albanese government and all its governmental subsidiaries and third party agencies, at a Federal, State and local level, whether it be via the local Council, police, courts, licensing and registry departments, etc.

These payments may include levies, fines, penalties, registrations, licenses, rates, infringements, court fees, stamp duties, transfer fees, etc.

14. Can we use this campaigns letter for GST at the supermarket or buying fuel etc?

You can avoid paying some Goods and Services Taxes by paying Cash and purchasing household goods or products from local markets that do not charge GST.

The tax levies on products and services such as Fuel (petrol, gas, diesel) and communications (mobile, internet) etc, are at this stage, unavoidable. The Rome statute underscores our duty to “avoid” participation to crimes against humanity.

15. What activities are the Albanese government and all its governmental subsidiaries and third party agencies, at a Federal, State and local level, unable to continue with while we are utilising the Get-out clause and fulfilling my duty under the Rome Statute?

The Albanese government and all its governmental subsidiaries and third party agencies, at a Federal, State and local level, are unable to proceed with contacts, holding a member hostage/against their will or forcing payments of any kind.

As set out in detail within the Rome statute, witnesses, whistleblowers, and those opposing unlawful State-sponsored actions are afforded protection. Any continued enforcement or coercion by local authorities will breach international law and will implicate individuals and entities involved in such actions.

16. How am I protected under International Law, if I opt out of paying money to our government through fees, fines, penalties etc. while utilising the Get-out clause and fulfilling my duty under the Rome Statute?

By being a member of The Freedom Union, you have activated the "Get-out" Clause as you are satisfying the Rome Statute and have sought alternative trade within other Unions in order to comply with the Rome Statute as a duty to avoid funding state- sponsored terrorism and illegal wars!
